Prodaid Engineers, which has been
in operation since 1978, manufacturing vibratory bowl feeders, conveyors,
elevators and similar other productivity aid products, recently completed and
supplied a roller conveyor having length 3 metres and width 900 mm for feeding
of cardboard trays at a very high speed. The speed required by the customer was
30 metres / minute. For this high speed, Prodaid used a 1 HP Geared Motor and
the dia 50 mm powered rollers of interoll make. Further proper pulleys and
rollers were provided to get this high a speed. A Delta drive (VFD) was
provided so that variable speed would be possible. Additionally, Prodaid not
only supplied the conveyor within a lead time of just 25 days but also
installed the same at the customer’s place within that timeframe. You can watch
